A recent leadership adventure
In May 2023, Debby completed the ‘Art and Practice of Leadership Development Program’ at the Harvard Kennedy School in Boston USA. Armed with her leadership challenge ‘Sustaining a socially engaged arts practice’, Debby underwent a powerful and immersive process of diagnosing challenges and solution design alongside the distinguished Harvard leadership faculty team and 79 brilliant fellow students.
Moonee Valley City Council contracted Debby Maziarz Productions to undertake a scoping exercise to inform the future direction of Council’s women’s leadership activities.
