DESCRIPTION:Brimbank is seeking Creative Leaders! \nAre you a Brimbank Creative and want to work with others to increase your leadership skills? \nFacilitated by Debby Maziarz\, the Brimbank Community Leadership Program for Creatives aims to provide opportunities for eligible community members to build and strengthen their capacity in community leadership and participation \nAs part of this program all participants will be supported in planning and executing a community arts project following the workshops. \n15 May: Introduction to leadership and visioning \n22 May: What type of leader are you? Sustaining your creating practice (Getting started\, money and goals) \n29 May: Bringing your ideas to life and working with Council \n5 June: Brimbank Public Art Bus Tour Excursion \n12 June: Leadership tools\, making plans and reflection \nAll sessions run 10am-1pm at St Albans Community Centre.\nMorning tea will be provided. \nCouncil will cover the cost of your participation in the program.
