It builds on the individuals’ passion for social change and the curriculum is applied to real life projects and problems. Self-care and increasing emotional health and wellbeing is at the core of the program – embedded in the facilitation style\, the design of the learning environment and curriculum content. Special care is given to co-creating a safe and supportive environment that enables participants to work from where they are at right now. \nOver 12 weeks\, participants will build their leadership\, communication and teamwork skills in a supportive environment whilst designing game changing projects. \nExpressions of interest are now open at the Moonee Valley City Council website to participate in the program commencing in February 2021.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/6″][/vc_column][/vc_row]

DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/6″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_single_image image=”1033″ img_size=”large” alignment=”center” onclick=”custom_link” img_link_target=”_blank” link=”https://mvcc.vic.gov.au/wlp/”][vc_column_text]In 2020 and 2021\, Debby Maziarz will be facilitating the Making Our Mark Women’s Leadership Program in Moonee Valley bringing together women who want to work on game-changing social change projects. \nThe 12-week program is action-based and tailored to each participants’ unique area of interest.
