DESCRIPTION:Join our arts community and learn how to put together a strong funding application in this grant writing for creatives workshop run by Debby Maziarz. Debby is a community development practitioner and creative entrepreneur who mentors artists\, organisations and communities to create solid plans for resourcing their work. Renowned for unearthing innovative and ‘fundable’ ideas\, Debby is driven to build the capacity of communities to get their important work done. \nIn this workshop you will learn simple tools and principles about grant writing including: \n\nWhere to find the money and opportunities\nWriting the 50-word grab\nNavigating the grant making cycle\nUnderstanding the assessment criteria\nWorking with partners\nAnswering the questions in the application form\nBuilding a project budget (for a grant application)\n\nINfuse aims to connect our creative community and provide a platform for training and inspiration through a series of workshops\, artist talks and presentations. \nNo cost to attend\, limited places – registrations required.
