It will also provide support for grant applicants in establishing a firm foundation for their grant proposals. \nThis interactive workshop will include simple tools and principles to help participants define a project\, including its scope and desired outcomes in preparation for the approaching Banyule Arts and Culture\, Environment and Community Grant Rounds opening Monday 22 April 2024. \nTopics include:\n• Shifting from an idea to a project\n• Understanding the project life cycle\n• Working through the ‘Project Planning Tool’\n• Understanding what resources you have and need\n• Tips and tricks for managing your project \nPlease arrive at 5:45pm for light refreshments before the beginning of the workshop at 6pm.
