- systems and processes to keep you on track
- clarifying your mission statement
- knowing your costs and pricing
- managing your time
- setting personal, professional and artistic goals.

About the facilitator
Debby Maziarz is a community development practitioner and creative entrepreneur who mentors artists, organisations and communities to create solid plans for resourcing their work. Renowned for unearthing innovative and ‘fundable’ ideas, Debby is driven to build the capacity of artists to get their important work done. She’s also got a great track record in building sustainable creative practices – including founding Melbourne’s Westside Circus and her arts leadership consultancy Debby Maziarz Productions.
