This practical workshop is designed to help community groups, not-for-profit organisations, businesses and individuals understand the City of Whittlesea Community Grants, get tips on how to avoid common mistakes and help you prepare the best application you can.
This session is facilitated by the wonderful Debby Marziaz and hosted by the City of Whittlesea.
Whether you’re new to grant writing or looking to improve your skills, Debby will provide useful tips and guidance to help you apply with confidence.
During the workshop, you will learn:
• How to identify the right grant for your project
• What assessors look for in a grant application
• How to clearly describe your project and its benefits
• Tips for preparing a project budget
• Common mistakes to avoid when applying for grants
