Banyule City Council Project Planning and Design Workshop

Join us for an interactive workshop on project planning and design!

This workshop is for individuals and community groups who are planning a project. It will also provide support for grant applicants in establishing a firm foundation for their grant proposals.

This interactive workshop will include simple tools and principles to help participants define a project, including its scope and desired outcomes in preparation for the approaching Banyule Arts and Culture, Environment and Community Grant Rounds opening Monday 22 April 2024.

Topics include:
• Shifting from an idea to a project
• Understanding the project life cycle
• Working through the ‘Project Planning Tool’
• Understanding what resources you have and need
• Tips and tricks for managing your project

Please arrive at 5:45pm for light refreshments before the beginning of the workshop at 6pm.
