needs addressing? Join this two part workshop series designed to support curious
individuals and inspire you to express your point of view or to act for change.

Topics explored:

Session 1

  • What is our community and where do I fit in?
  • What is adaptive leadership and how can it create change?
  • Understanding the ‘ecosystem’ of issues
  • Why are you here?

  • Understanding how to interact and influence local government for change
  • The role of ‘self’ in creating change
  • What kind of leader are you?
