West Gate Neighbourhood Fund – Effective Grant Writing Workshop

A two-hour grant writing workshop with Debby Maziarz, for the West Gate Neighbourhood Fund.

Improve your skills in writing grants (with a particular focus on the West Gate Neighbourhood Fund)

The workshop will walk you through the grant writing process including:

• Writing the 50 – 100 word grab
• Understanding the assessment criteria
• Working with partners
• Responding to questions in the application form
• Building a project budget for an application

The $10 million West Gate Neighbourhood Fund has been established by the Victorian Government to support local communities during the construction of the West Gate Tunnel.

Not-for-profit groups can access grant and partnership funding for projects that bring benefits to the communities of Hobsons Bay and Maribyrnong.
