Nillumbik Women’s Community Leadership and Connections Program
Nillumbik Shire Council are on the lookout for women who are passionate about their community and are willing to take the challenge of learning a range of skills so they can apply their newfound knowledge into leading and inspiring other women in our shire to connect and make a difference in their community.

This program, facilitated by Debby Maziarz Productions, will bring women together with health, wellbeing and leadership experts to learn a range of skills in visioning, project planning, design and activation. The program is action based, so participants will apply their new skills and knowledge to real-life projects and situations with the support of peers and Council.
Core learning areas include:
- Health and wellbeing: Creating the right conditions that will support your leadership journey
- Define: Clarify your project’s unique value and position in your community
- Design: Learn a people-centered process for developing and testing new ideas
- Action: Develop your unique way of leading that stems from your values
